At Black Moon Cosmetics, we want you to be over the moon with your order; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original celestial packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
